Finally! It is time for players to take all the skills they have gained during the off-season and translate them into the game!  Our winter training programs are meant to assist players in having a great season no matter the age level! We have a proven record of getting results because we offer quality. Our curriculum is unparalleled. Check out the programs below!

WINTER OVERTIME

3th-8th Boys & Girls

Overtime is a great way for players to keep their individual skills sharp during the winter season while learning new skills as well!  The winter training program starts in November and end in February. Overtime is split into two 8-week parts (Nov/Dec and Jan/Feb). Each 8-week segment players will train on 6 Friday night & 6 Sunday nights.  Each session is 90 minute.

Friday night training sessions are dedicated to ball handling and scoring while Sunday nights are all about shooting!  Be sure to check your schedule, we do not offer any make up sessions with this program.

WINTER RAPIDFIRE

High School Boys & Girls

Starting in November, the training program for our high school players changes from the basketball development curriculum held in Spring and Fall: Rapid Fire is a great supplement to high school practices and games. Rapid Fire is a Sunday night program that starts in November and ends in February. The program offers two 8-week parts (Nov/Dec and Jan/Feb). Each 8-week segment players will train on 6 Sunday nights.  Each 90 minute session will start with a ball handling warm up and then players will get up 150-200 shots!  The program is an awesome way for players to maintain their individual skills during the season.  Be sure to check your schedule, players must attend all 6 sessions within each 8-week part; we do not offer any make up sessions.

FIRST STEP: THE LEAGUE

K-2nd Boys & Girls

First Step is a program designed to help young basketball players learn the fundamentals of basketball. First Step The League is where players start their journey within the M14 System in live game play.  Teams are changed up weekly and the games are internal so we can control the environment and make sure all players are learning and progressing.  Players do not have to be evaluated for this program!

M14 Youth Basketball League (MYBL)

3rd-8th Grade Boys

The M14 Youth Basketball League is an in-house league for boys that runs from the beginning of November through the 2nd week of February.  We offer 3 different combined grade level divisions: 3rd/4th graders, 5th/6th graders and 7th/8th graders. If your players are not interested in travel basketball but want to play games, develop, receive professional coaching and have fun the MYBL is a great option!

Camps & Clinics

Camps are week-long group training sessions, while clinics are single 3-hour events typically held on school holidays.

MLK Skillz Clinic

What better way to spend a day off from school than in the gym! Join us for this morning skills clinic. A great way to continue to stay sharp during the winter season.

Our basketball Winter Break Camps are for players who want to keep their skills sharp during winter break. It is a great way for players to focus on their individual skills during the team season. Middle School Prep Teams

4th & 5th Grade Boys & Girls

Middle School Prep  is how we classify all our 4th and 5th  grade teams. We classify this way to make sure parents, players and coaches always remember what we are preparing our players for.  The winter season has concluded and Spring ball offers another opportunity for your player to develop, learn teamwork and play games! We start in March and end mid-June. We offer teams for every level players.

High School Prep Teams

6th-8th Grade Boys & Girls

High School Prep  is how we classify all our 6th, 7th and 8th  grade teams. We classify this way to make sure parents, players and coaches always remember what we the next goal in each players progression should be.  Players are one step closer to high school basketball and our #1 focus is to have them prepared! We always want our teams to be competitive and we have found a unique way to be competitive and still focus on development.  We offer teams for every level players.
